It is all well and good that you have a great platform or tool to deliver, but what is the plan once it goes live into operations?
Have you considered the sustainment cost? What about the upgrade cycle? Lastly, what is the expected life?
There can be no high-fives, or that lovely fist bump, until you know what is going to be required to retire the product.
